Pootlers team retreat, Birmingham 2017

The Pootlers team who attended at the weekend..

Hi everyone, well what can I say, Last weekend I attended our Stampin up Pootlers team retreat organised by our lovely up line Sam Hammond Donald.

Being a demonstrator you not only get to have amazing discount on our fab products you also get to attend team events that help grow your team and business.

I have never been to one to any of our events before so this was my first. |I was very nervous as I went on my own, but oh my from the minute I got there until it was time to leave I was so welcomed by everyone.

The experience was amazing I met some wonderful ladies and very talented crafters whom share the same love from crafting as I do. I felt so at home with every one its like being part of a huge family.

This was a two day event were we had make and takes, business chats, lots of wonderful displays, raffle prizes, lots of fun crafting, I had three other ladies working along side myself at my table, one of witch was Sandra Riley my lovely new friend... The Cotswold crafter. What an amazing lady she is we had so much fun together and clicked straight away. All on ur table had a good laugh and made me feel very welcome.

One of our make and takes was to make 14 cards from one sheet of 12 x 12 dsp, and yes believe it or not it is possible. We only managed to cut everything in the time frame we had but when I got home I did finish them off. They do look beautiful and well worth all that cutting ha ha.

If you thinking of becoming a demo I would so recommend that you try your best were possible to attend the events you come away with so many new ideas, friends and free goodies to help with your business or your hobby whatever you choose to be when joining stampin up.

Also and one of the best bits is the swaps. If you don't no what swaps are well you makes x amount of the same thing say 42 then you take them with you and swap with your team mates. At the end of it you come away with 42 different things, Its brilliant as with the swaps that to gives you inspiration for other projects as every ones are so different. I really loved this part and so did the kids when I got home ha ha. I thoroughly enjoyed this weekend and I'm looking forward to the next one in November.

If you do decide you would like to join stampin up and don't have a demonstrator id love you to be apart of my team. Just drop me a message for more info or click shop with me here on my blog and that will take you to the join me section were you can join my team a reap all the amazing benefits of being a demonstrator . I will leave the link to my video of the swaps I received for you to enjoy seeing some amazing talent from my team mates.  Have a great day.
                                                          Happy crafting Danielle xx
